Return & Refund Policy

At Glo-Q, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and efficacy. Due to the nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked 
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped) 
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery 
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video and clear images are mandatory for verification

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, opened, or tampered with 
  • Change of mind or personal preference 
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity 
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality 
  • Products purchased during sale/discount campaigns (unless damaged/incorrect) 

3. Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will:

                   Initiate a replacement (subject to availability), or 

                    Issue a refund to the original payment method           

  • Refund timelines: 

                  Processed within 5–7 business days after approval 

                 Bank processing may take additional 5–10 business days 

  •  Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch 
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled 

5. Return Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Glo-Q where available 
  • In non-serviceable areas, customers may be required to self-ship, with reimbursement provided upon approval
