Shipping Policy
At Glo-Q, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently, while maintaining the integrity of every order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day
- During high-demand periods, processing time may extend to 2–3 business days
2. Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote locations: 5–8 business days
- Timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery location
Order value
Weight and dimensions of the package
Logistics partner rates
- Glo-Q may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional campaigns, at its sole discretion
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional convenience fee
4. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS/email
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details
5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
- Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as RTO
In such cases:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges
6. Delays & Liability
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Courier or logistics disruptions
- Weather or unforeseen events
- High order volumes
Glo-Q shall not be held liable for delays once the order is handed over to the logistics partner.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the package appears tampered or damaged
- If accepted, issues must be reported within 48 hours, along with unboxing video proof
8. Incorrect Address / Re-dispatch
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned
- Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
9. International Shipping
Currently unavailable. This may be introduced in the future.
